About This Program

The Gifted Student Program is designed for academically outstanding students who require accelerated and enriched instruction beyond the standard curriculum. Inspired by Cambodia’s New Generation Schools (NGS) model and aligned with international Olympiad standards, this program challenges high-achievers through advanced STEM, critical thinking competitions, and research projects.

What You Will Learn

Solve non-routine and competition-level Mathematics problems (CAMO, IMO style)
Participate in national and international Science Olympiads
Design and build robotics projects for the Cambodia Robotics Olympiad
Conduct independent research and present scientific findings
Develop advanced coding and computational thinking skills
Lead collaborative STEM projects and innovation challenges
Earn national recognition through competitive examination results

Curriculum & Grade Levels

Advanced Mathematics

Number theory, patterns, logical reasoning, and introductory competition math problems targeting Cambodia Math Olympiad (CMO) junior level.

Science Exploration

Inquiry-based experiments in biology, chemistry, and physics beyond the standard curriculum, using Singapore science methodology.

Coding & Computational Thinking

Visual programming with Scratch, block-based coding, algorithms, sequences, loops, and conditions.

English for Academic Purposes

Accelerated English reading and writing with exposure to non-fiction academic texts.

Critical Thinking & Logic

Puzzles, Socratic questioning, lateral thinking challenges, and problem-solving workshops.

Competition Mathematics

Algebra, geometry, combinatorics, and number theory at competition level — preparation for Cambodia Annual Mathematical Olympiad (CAMO) and AMC8/AMC10.

Physics (Olympiad Track)

Mechanics, waves, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism with problem-solving at IPhO (International Physics Olympiad) junior standard.

Chemistry (Olympiad Track)

Advanced stoichiometry, chemical equilibrium, organic chemistry basics, and laboratory skills for IChO preparation.

Biology (Olympiad Track)

Molecular biology, genetics, ecology, and physiology at IBO preparation level.

Robotics Engineering

Building and programming autonomous robots using LEGO Mindstorms / VEX kits — competing in the Cambodia Robotics Olympiad (World Robot Olympiad pathway).

Programming (Python / Scratch)

Python fundamentals, game development, data analysis, and introductory algorithms.

Research Methods

Scientific method, data collection, hypothesis testing, and presenting findings at school science fairs.

Calculus, linear algebra, discrete mathematics, statistics, and Olympiad preparation at IMO/ASMO level.

Python programming, data science basics, machine learning concepts, and building AI mini-projects.

Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Design thinking, startup fundamentals, prototyping, and pitching at school and national competitions.

Independent Research Project

A year-long mentored research project culminating in a thesis-style paper and public presentation — aligned with Intel/Google Science Fair formats.
